By accessing Acclyntora System you accept these Terms and our Privacy Policy (privacy.html).

1. 1. Use of services

Use the platform only for lawful purposes and follow applicable rules.

Do not disrupt, probe, or attempt unauthorized access.

Age: Use is intended for individuals 18+ or with legal consent.

2. 2. Accounts

Keep credentials confidential and update information promptly.

  • You are responsible for activity under your account.
  • We may suspend accounts that breach these Terms.
  • We may request verification for security.
  • We may contact you about service notices.

Deletion requests are handled per our Privacy Policy.

3. 3. Payments

Prices are shown before checkout and charged in CHF. Taxes may apply under Swiss law.

Billing

  • Access is provided after payment confirmation.
  • Invoices may be issued for enterprise plans.
  • Late or failed payments may pause access.
  • Plan changes take effect at the next cycle.

We may update prices for new cycles with notice.

4. 4. Prohibited conduct

Do not misuse the platform.

  • Infringing or unlawful content
  • Harassment or abuse
  • Reverse engineering where not allowed
  • Exploiting vulnerabilities
  • Circumventing technical controls
  • Excessive automated scraping

We may restrict access to protect users and systems.

5. 5. Refunds and send-backs

Payments and receipts

Receipts are issued electronically.

  • All charges are in CHF.
  • Taxes may apply by jurisdiction.
  • Charge disputes should be raised within 14 days.

Refund policy overview

Rules differ for services, digital items, and physical goods.

Detailed rules:
  • Services: Cancel at least 48 hours before the scheduled time for a refund. One reschedule is allowed without a fee.
  • Digital items: Once accessed or downloaded they are non-refundable due to instant delivery. If a verified technical issue blocks use, contact us within 14 days for a fix or replacement.
  • Physical goods: You may send items back within 14 days in unused, original condition. Customer pays shipping unless the item is faulty.
  • Custom work: Tailored configurations and enterprise integrations are non-refundable as they require dedicated effort.

Refund process

Contact support with your order ID and reason.

  1. We verify eligibility based on the rules above.
  2. If approved, we issue a credit to the original method.
  3. We notify you by email when complete.
  4. If declined, we explain the reason.

Timeframe: Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after approval or after inspection for shipped goods.

Non-refundable cases

Some items cannot be refunded.

  • Completed or partially completed services
  • Digital items after access or download
  • Custom integrations and one-off setups
  • Goods not in original condition or outside the 14-day window

6. 6. User content

You retain rights to your content. You grant us a limited license to operate the service.

You must have rights to the content you upload.

License scope

  • Use, host, and process to provide features
  • Display to authorized users in your workspace
  • Maintain backups and logs with safeguards

8. 8. Availability

We target high availability but interruptions may occur.

  • Maintenance windows with notice
  • Unplanned incidents may happen
  • We work to restore service quickly
  • Status updates are posted during incidents

Credits, if any, are described in plan terms.

9. 9. Warranties and disclaimers

No implied warranties: Service is provided as is and as available.

We disclaim implied warranties to the extent allowed by law.

  • No liability for indirect damages
  • No liability for data loss
  • No liability for service interruptions
  • Limits apply to the maximum extent of law

Some regions do not allow certain limits; those limits will not apply there.

10. 10. Termination

You can stop using the service at any time.

By us

  • We may suspend accounts that breach these Terms.
  • We may disable access for security reasons.
  • We may preserve logs for legal reasons.

Effect

Some provisions survive termination, including limits of liability and privacy obligations.

We may update these Terms. The new date will appear above.

Continued use means acceptance of the changes.

Severability
